- 6 Individual Sessions Each visit includes education regarding current lab work and a plan of care to create lasting changes, weigh in, blood pressure check and accountability\

- Individualized meal plan with modifications as needed throughout program
- Toxin management and detox strategies
- Supplement recommendations
- Stress reduction techniques
- Lab redraw at the end of program
