What will take place in my session?
Your session will take place in a warm quiet room with soft music to create a relaxed atmosphere. Each room has a table designed for body work. Since each session is designed to meet your individual needs you will be asked some general questions about your health so that the therapist can determine what type of body work to use. After the consultation the therapist will leave you alone in the room to undress and lie down on the table and cover up with a sheet. Private areas are never exposed. The therapist uses light oils and lotions during the session. This allows muscles to be worked without causing friction to the skin. The therapist may re-position you during the session if necessary. You may close your eyes and relax. Please feel free to speak up and communicate at any time. For your convenience we have rest room facilities nearby for your use before and after your session.
